Though we are naturally decaffeinated, we've got plenty of spunk (some good, some bad!).

I Survived . . .
We had Lucy's preschool group at our home this week. Five kids ages 4, 4, 4, 3, and 3. Most of them are at least a year younger than the group I did with Emmy and so it's a little different. We are less structured, in some ways, with this group because they are younger. But they are really super cute and sweet kids. It was fun to have it at our house this week. I made them do a lot of "work" before play-time. I just didn't want to give them a play-break in the middle and then try to get them back to doing "work." So we just pushed through (with a snack-break, of course, and some reading-time too - which they were all in to) for 2 hours and then they got the last 30 minutes to play. I'm sure the kids would have liked it the other way around: 30 minutes of "work" and 2 hours of play. But they did a good job nonetheless!
