No idea what this is.
Why do girls love doing this?! I'm not a fan of it . . . :)
Bella joined us for our Come Follow Me studying last Sunday morning.
Csilla's son Levi and our dogs. Csilla wanted to get some pictures of Levi to advertise his Pet-Care business. Cute!
Emmy is rocking riding her bike to school (I ride with her every day except for Wednesday, when Jonas doesn't have early-morning jazz practice and can ride with her)! One morning Jonas was trying to convince me it would make more sense for me to drive them (he had some valid logistical points), but Emmy didn't want to. So I didn't. We'll see how she does these next two mornings with the single-digit temps . . .
Last Friday I went hiking with my friend Sarah. We didn't realize there would be that much snow in the mountains (even more now after our latest storm)! But it was still a fun, sometimes precarious, hike! We couldn't find the trail once we summitted the hill, so we had to go back down the way we came up. No biggie. Brigham was a goof and covered his face entirely in snow.
Emmy went to a party last Saturday - two friends from school hosted it. There were lots of girls and Emmy had lots of fun. Emmy didn't dress up - but most everyone else did, apparently. Ha.
Randy created so much dust when he sawed out the concrete wall in my boys' room (even with the plastic "wall" set up) - my entire floor upstairs was covered with a dusting of . . . dust. Ha. I mopped it Saturday. Only to have muddy paw and footprints mess it up after our snow storm and subsequent snow-melt on Monday. Sigh.
Anyways, the boys are getting an egress window in their room - yay! So if there's a fire, they can escape. :) The boys started the outside hole - Randy finished it up and then framed and put in the window. Now he'll install the actual window well thingy outside - maybe once the snow melts, though. :) We do have plans to put in a new ceiling, walls, and carpet for the boys. Fun!
We (meaning everyone but Ben) carved our pumpkins last night for FHE. Ben is keeping his pumpkin in its "natural" state. From left to right: Emmy's, Lucy's, Miles', Jonas', and mine. I have no idea what Jonas' is - some car symbol or something. Fun!
