A Few Random March Happenings

 

We had a fun visit with Miles on his 21st (!) birthday. He's doing great and is happy!

We celebrated by eating one of his favorite birthday meals: elk pasties. :) Miles went to a ward member's for dinner and loved the special bread he requested instead of cake (concha). Fun!

Lucy had her first high school track meet - competing in the varsity level! She ended up doing well - getting 10th in the 100 meter dash (out of 60) and got 16th (out of 22) in the long-jump. She was happy and had fun!

Bella turned 7 on the 12th! She got to go on two walks (one with Emmy and one with me) and eat a spoonful of peanut butter. :)

And surpise! Jonas surprised us all with coming home for a week-long visit! So fun and we had no idea! We probably won't see a ton of him as he'll be out and about with friends, or just driving around, etc., but it's still nice to have him home and I am glad he gets a break from his deployment. Good times.
